
Ellen Michaud is an award-winning author who lives in a cottage high in the mountains of Vermont.
She has written for the New York Times, Washington Post, Health Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens, Parents Magazine, Readers’ Digest Magazine, and Prevention Magazine, where she was the editor-at-large for six years. Today she not only writes for these and other media, she is also an online columnist at MyCurves.com.
She has authored or co-authored more than 20 books for women, most of which have been published by Rodale Press. A Master Class, was published by the University Press of New England in 2008. It was named one of the top ten cookbooks of the year by National Public Radio (NPR), and the #1 cookbook of the year by the New England Book Festival.
Blessed: Living a Grateful Life was published by Readers’ Digest in 2011, and was named by USA Book News as the #1 Spiritual Inspiration Book of the Year.
In addition to working on a new book, The Blessed Cookbook: A Celebration of Family, Friends, Faith and Food she will become the writer-in-residence at Earlham School of Religion in July, 2012.
